Hello and welcome to C2SUB-C.

Now, you may be wondering what this odd title stands for so I'll explain.

Conscious to Sub-Conscious = C2SUB-C

So what's it all about?

We are not ruled by the physical world or by our physical presence. We have refined our thinking through time to appreciate music, art and wonder. We have done this because we are dominated by our thoughts and emotions. Our thoughts and emotions rule our lives and control our every move. Our thoughts and emotions are controlled by our Sub-conscious mind and translated into reality by our Conscious mind. Our Conscious mind acts as a receptor and transmitter for our Sub-conscious while our Sub-conscious is our processing centre.

C2SUB-C is a site dedicated to examining the Conscious to Sub-conscious link so we can better understand how our thoughts and emotions affect our daily lives and can be controlled or understood to give us more control in our lives.

We examine the spiritual, personal and social aspects of living which affect us all and we refine the material to suit every individual.

Personal Strategy

Whoever you are and whatever your circumstances you will always be looking for improvement and new experiences in life. You will have made mistakes and you may have regrets, you will have dreams and aspirations.

For some of us life can often feel like an uphill climb against stormy weather while for others it seems like they live life on the beach but I can assure you that whatever your circumstances, everybody looks to improve their assertiveness, their confidence and their self esteem. How many male millionaires have you seen wearing wigs to cover their baldness? This is not vanity, it is low self confidence. Who would have thought a millionaire would suffer from low self confidence?

Alcoholism is a more prevalent addiction than any other including nicotine or cocaine. Now, you would imagine that alcoholism would be the curse of the lower classes, right? They are struggling to meet their bills and put food on the table and they have a higher rate of depression? No.

Yes, poor people do struggle to meet the financial demands of life and it can be stressful for them, but depression and alcoholism are more prevalent amoung the middle and upper classes, as is heroin and cocaine usage. Would you not think that more money in your bank account would lift you out of the problems of life and stop you worrying, drinking or getting depressed? Well, no, it does not, in actual fact, the more money you have, the more you stand to lose and therefore the greater the pressure.

Low self esteem, low self confidence, depression, addiction and stress are factors which are related to the process of human emotion in an individuals mind and they are not class exclusive or person type exclusive, these conditions can affect any one of us.

What causes them is the lack of coping mechanisms in our mind. We have not been taught how to cope with the stresses life can bring, we have not been prepared for them and often too we are still carrying baggage left over from our childhood and teenage years which can affect us for the whole of our adult lives.

Ok, so we have identified that whoever you may be there is always something in your life which is not right and you would like to change on a personal level. So what do we do about it?

We develop a Personal Strategy for life.

  2. Step 2
